3. Purchasing & Payments

3.2 Pricing

4.1 No Refunds on Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and online workshop content, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for:

• Digital workshop recordings or replay access
• Online workshop enrolments once access to course materials has been granted
• Any partially completed workshops or programs

This no-refund policy applies regardless of whether you have accessed, downloaded, or used any part of the materials. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

4.2 Compliance with Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable consumer protection legislation. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. 4.3 Cancellation of Live Workshops

If you have purchased access to a live (scheduled) workshop and wish to cancel:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled workshop date may be eligible for a credit towards a future workshop of equal value, at our discretion.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled workshop date are not eligible for a refund or credit.
• If we cancel or reschedule a live workshop, you will be offered either a full refund or credit to an alternative workshop date.

4.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us to attempt resolution is a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback where these Terms have been accepted and the product has been delivered as described. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of costs and to restrict your access to our products and services.

5. Intellectual Property

Downloadable files are typically provided in PDF, MP4, or other common formats as specified in the product listing. Certificates of completion are provided in PDF format. You are responsible for having appropriate software to open and save these file types.
