Welcome to the workshop – Implement and Monitor Care for a Person with Acute Health Problems
This workshop describes the skills and knowledge required to implement and monitor care for a person with acute health problems, including supporting immediate care needs, observing and responding to changes in condition, and following individual care plans and workplace procedures.
This workshop applies to individuals working in health, community, disability, and care support settings where care is provided to people experiencing acute health conditions.
