- Membership is billed annually
- Your membership provides access to all current first aid refresher workshops as well as any new workshops added to this membership over time
- Workshops include reading materials developed by healthcare and first aid professionals to reinforce your practical learning
- Renewal reminders sent 60 days before your annual expiry
- A 30-day grace period applies after expiry
- Renewal completed online via your member portal

Frequently Asked Questions
Does this membership replace my HLTAID certification? No. Formal HLTAID certifications must be renewed through a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This membership provides refresher workshops to keep your knowledge current between formal renewals and supports your ongoing CPD obligations.
How often should I complete refresher training? CPR knowledge should ideally be refreshed annually. General first aid refreshers every one to two years are recommended to ensure your skills remain sharp and current.
What if new workshops are added after I join? They are included as part of your annual membership automatically at no extra cost.
