Membership Renewal

  • Membership is renewed on an annual basis
  • You will receive a renewal reminder 60 days before your expiry date
  • Renewal can be completed online through your member portal
  • Failure to renew may result in loss of access to member resources, CPD logs, and any certificates of membership
  • A grace period of 30 days applies after the expiry date before the membership is deactivated

Your Obligations as a Member

By joining, you agree to:

  • Complete the minimum CPD hours required for your professional designation each year
  • Adhere to the relevant Code of Professional Conduct (TPB, ICB, CPA, CA ANZ, or IPA)
  • Keep your contact and professional details up to date in your member profile
  • Notify us of any changes to your registration status (e.g. TPB registration lapsing)
  • Act with integrity and professionalism in all dealings with clients and the public

Can I join if I’m not yet registered with the TPB? Yes, membership is open to those working toward registration as well as fully registered professionals.

Will my CPD hours be recorded automatically? Yes. Any course or webinar completed through this platform will be automatically added to your CPD log.

Can I use this membership as evidence of professional development? Yes. You can download a CPD statement at any time from your dashboard to provide to the TPB or your professional association.

What happens if I don’t meet my CPD requirements? Members who do not meet minimum CPD requirements may be flagged and risk non-compliance with their professional body or the TPB. We recommend reviewing your CPD log regularly.
